Woodpecker Photos

These woodpecker photos were a very rare sighting for me. I've heard this woodpecker daily over the Autumn last year , always heard but never seen - even though I waited patiently for ages for him to show. I nearly gave up on getting any good woodpecker shots and then the snows came. Thsi woodpecker actually came into my garden to feed - how lucky am I?

 I'm very priviledged I know as they are so hard to spot.
